Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm with over 33 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time Construction Administrative Assistant in the New York City area.. The ideal candidate will have At least 3 years of experience working in the administrative field for construction or governmental agencies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business Administration, or a related field and experience in the construction industry.

This position is full-time, on-site. Candidates are expected to live in or near the New York Metropolitan area.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide clerical support to project managers, contractors, and other construction professionals.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage office operations by organizing files and documents.
- Assist with budget preparation for construction projects.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order as needed.
- Maintain schedules for facilities and equipment.
- Prepare work estimates and handle related reports.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure compliance with facility standards.
- Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the administrative field for construction or governmental agencies.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant in the construction field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Creative Suite, e-Builder, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
