The Transcriptionist position serves as a key administrative resource, providing comprehensive clerical and organizational support to first-level managementandseniorclericalstaff,ensuringsmoothday-to-dayoperations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Transcriptionist will be assigned to a Construction Management (CM) Borough and will attend job progress meetings for all in-house projects.
The assignee will be responsible for recording, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes foreachjobprogressmeeting,aswellas entering all minutes accuratelyintotheCM13andKahuasystemsand maintaining a comprehensive record of all entered information.
Theassigneewillberequiredtotravelbetweenjobsitesaminimumof 2–3 times per week as needed, while reporting directly to Headquarters.
MUST possess a valid driver's license.
Must be computer literate, highly detail-oriented, and an attentive listener, with the demonstrated ability to capture accurate and thorough notes in a fast-paced environment.
Mustconsistentlymaintainaprofessionaldemeanorandappearancein all work settings.
A background or prior experience in construction is strongly desired and considered a significant advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Requirements:
Shall be proficient in the English language both verbally and written skills. Shallhaveahighschooldiplomaorageneraleducationdiploma;andTwo (2) years of full-time clerical, accounting, reproduction or administrative experience.
