PDA Implementation Coordinator - Hybrid
Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm with over 33 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time PDA Implementation Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience reviewing grant reimbursement requests and a background in federal grants. Experience with U.S. D.O.T. grants is a plus. Candidates must live in or near the New York/New Jersey area and be available for immediate hire.
If selected, candidates will need to provide digital proof of licensure and certification for all U.S.-based accolades, including academic degree, before time of interview. This position is full-time, Hybrid. Candidates are expected to live in or near New York/New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Execute engineering designs and concepts in production, assembly, or operational environments.
- Collaborate with engineers to refine layouts, optimize processes, and address implementation challenges.
- Serve as a link between engineers, production teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and resource plans for implementation activities.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring material, tool, and labor costs remain within limits.
- Identify and resolve challenges or discrepancies during the implementation process.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets project specifications and standards.
- 3–5 years of experience reviewing grant reimbursement requests required.
- Experience with federal grants required; U.S. D.O.T. grant background is a plus.
- Local to New York/New Jersey area is required.
- Hands-on experience in implementation roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or similar fields.
- Strong project coordination or management skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with tools, machinery, or equipment used in project implementation is an advantage.
- Excellent planning, multitasking, and communication skills.
